At the annual winter Stowe HCNE meeting, held Feb 29th-March 1st, 2008, Richard Lipton, MD, center, received a lifetime achievement award (with Dr. Sheftell on the left and Dr. Bigal on the right). Dr. Lipton, Professor of Neurology, Epidemiology and Social Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, is an international figure in headache epidemiology, contributing enormously to this field.
